We want you to feel confident shopping with Tadesa Living.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Due to the nature of our products and fulfilment process, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been processed or shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
